Kerala Active Covid Cases

Ernakulam district has the most number of active cases per million population (APM) at 3,745, followed by Kozhikode at 3,472 and Thiruvananthapuram — which had more active cases earlier at 3,259. Wayanad has the least APM at 1,429. However, Thiruvananthapuram leads in deaths per million population (DPM) at 104, followed by Kasaragod 50 and Kozhikode 35. Idukki, Wayanad, and Pathanamthitta have the lowest DPM of six. “The question now is whether Kerala has reached its peak. Maybe, Thiruvananthapuram has passed the peak but in the rest of the 13 districts, the cases are peaking at present,” said Dr. Shenoy Padmanabha, who has been analyzing the Covid pattern. blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain blockchain bloc...

Arrayed on the plus side are our scientific institutions and an enviable vaccine-manufacturing industry. Every eighth immunised child in the world has the Serum Institute of India to thank. Its Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine is a global frontrunner. Also sprinting are the fully indigenous ICMR-NIV/ Bharat Biotech inactivated virus vaccine and Zydus Cadila’s unique DNA-based one. Dr. Reddy...
